an adorable name to match this adorable little girl! She was just a week old here and very cooperative - pretty much slept through the whole thing. The challenge of the day was trying to get big brother, Eli, who just turned two, in a picture with her. Poor mom and I were sweating towards the end. I think he had other things in mind to do with his time - can't say I blame him being 2 and all. He's such a cutie and so photogenic... I'll get you next time Eli :) I am very lucky to have their mom, Sarah, as a friend...she has referred so many people to me - I can't thank her enough! I'm so looking forward to watch these kids grow...

There's just not much I can say about this little guy besides that he's simply perfect. I could go on and on but the photos should speak for themselves...how can you not be in love? Congratulations to our wonderful friends Mandy and Jim. Truly...what a miracle in every sense of the word. It brings tears to my eyes to think he might not have been. God definitely has plans for this little one...
macy and austin...
another photo session...another pair of adorable kids! It's really hard to believe that this little guy is only 6 months old with all of that hair! I love it! Dad says they're holding out until he's a year for the first haircut...I don't know, do you think they can make it? :) Big sis, Macy, is an absolute doll and was up for just about anything I suggested. We had so much fun - thanks Emily and Brandon. Much more...soon (I hope).
just another side note to all of my clients...thank you so much for your patience with me during this crazy busy time. I hate that it is taking me so long to get your galleries up but thank you for understanding. I truly have the best clients in the world!

4 times the fun...
Let me introduce you to 18 month old triplets... Camille, Anna, Abe and their big brother Max (who is 5). I've told just about everyone I know about this session so I know there are a lot of people waiting to see these pics. It was a riot! We started off the session with everyone clean, hair in place, dry outfits... and by the end...well you can see for yourselves in the last 2 shots. We started out with just dipping the feet in the lake but after a few minutes everyone was completely submerged. The little girl's cute tu-tu dresses turned in to saggy hula-like skirts! I tried to concentrate on taking pictures but it was hard not to laugh. And they were like little weeble-wobbles...popping up and down out of the water - they loved it! The whole session was crazy and fun and I loved every minute of it! Can't wait until the next time when I'm not 8 months pregnant and can really chase them around!
big brother, Max, was such a trooper - helping with the little ones. I love this picture because I have a feeling this is a common thing for him, getting trampled on by three 18 month olds who just adore him. And he just sits there and smiles :)

warning!!! cute baby alert...
Max and Carter are back - yaye! I was so excited when their mom scheduled Max's 6 month session with me. She was going to wait until he was a year but I'm so glad she didn't - I mean come on, look at this little guy! He's the kind of baby that you just look at and he makes you smile. And I couldn't resist getting a few of big brother, who as you'll see, is equally as cute. I won't dwell on it because I'm starting to sound like a broken record but, seriously... their eyes! Wow! And I got a few of mom this time so now you all can see where these kids get their good looks! Hope you like your sneak peek Ashley. It was so much fun as usual!

from blue to green...

I've always thought it would be cool to have green eyes - they are just so rare and beautiful. My dear friend Heather came for a visit last weekend with her 2 gorgeous kids, Nolan & Ellie. Heather herself has huge green eyes - like none I've ever seen. I should have snuck a shot of her so you could see but she would have killed me. But anyone who knows her would absolutely agree - they are amazing! And it's clear she's passed that gene down to these cuties. Ellie's lean more to the brown/hazel color in these shots but still beautiful all the same.
Ok - sorry, I know I've been on an eye kick lately but I can't help it! Question though...where are all the brown-eyed cuties? I'm going to have to post some pics of my boys to represent :)
Anyway - it was so fun to see you Heather! I hope you like the pics. More to come soon!
