sweet little claire...

I'm sorry - I know I've been a blog-slacker lately! I'm actually working on my new blog which will launch sometime very soon. I was trying to make this post below the first one on it but it's not ready yet and I hate to keep this sweet baby's family waiting any longer :) But check back soon!

This is 6 day old Claire DeEtte (isn't that the prettiest name?) and what a pretty little baby. So sweet and perfect and an absolute angel during the session. Only getting mad once when we tried to put that huge, itchy tu-tu on her :) Sorry Claire - but you looked so cute! It was so nice meeting you Heather - I can't wait to watch Claire grow...

a new itty bitty...

meet Taylor Marie - 3 weeks old and such a sweet pea! She was so cooperative during our 3 plus hour session. Her mommy is a good friend of mine and I'm not quite sure how she does it. Ms Taylor here is number 4 for them so it's a busy household! Congratulations Jenna and Mike - she's precious. Can't wait to watch her grow!

I'm back from a little mini-break! Happy New Year to everyone. I'll have a New Year post/video later today so be sure to check back. But until then here are 2 cuties I photographed before my break. baby greyson...

This tiny little guy was only 4 pounds when he was born so even though he's a few weeks old in these pictures, he's still the smallest baby I've ever photographed. Small and stubborn, little Greyson was not having anything to do with the whole sleeping thing while I was there :) Mom and dad tried all of the tricks in the book but he just didn't want to miss out on the fun. Nevertheless, I was able to get some great shots of this sweet family. Thank you D family for letting me in to your house to capture these moments. Greyson is simply perfect!

Addison and Bennet...

Talk about a sweet little bundle of joy... baby Bennet is 3 weeks here but looks like he's no more than a day old. What a tiny little pumpkin. And such a lucky guy to have a big sister like Addison. Not only is she absolutely adorable but she's also such a sweetheart and very caring for her little brother. Such precious little ones - thanks Ann! More pics to come soon...

sweet baby Aaliyah...

how precious is she? Now I'm no expert, but I'm pretty certain that's a smile in the first pic:) She is just perfect and so teeny. I can't wait to watch her grow! Thank you Aubrie - it was so nice meeting you girls!

baby beckham...

This little guy is just 10 days old here and what a sweet baby. He looked so comfy and cozy in the basket that even I didn't want to disturb him! That should be his new bed :) I love getting the opportunity to work with first time parents and to see all of the love shared with these little blessings. Everyone says it but it truly does go by in the blink of an eye...so cherish every moment. Thank you Jenn and Matt for letting me in to your home to capture your little miracle!

I had the privilege of meeting this sweet baby girl last week. Emmy was a perfect angel the whole time and I couldn't get enough of all of her cute hats and bows! For only being a week old, this girl is set! We also got Grandma in on a few shots. There is something so special about that mother-daughter bond and I was honored to get to capture this one. I love in this shot how Emmy has a little smile on her face - like she knows something that we don't. She's saying... "thanks for fighting grandma...keep it up!" So nice to meet all three of you.
